You must be at least 6 years old to use the Platform. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

The Platform is provided as is without warranties of any kind. QXP does not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
